Are you struggling with regularity in your meditation habits?
Are you unsatisfied with your meditations?
Would you like to explore more your meditation and/or the technique?
This is the right course for you! The M1 is designed for people who learnt to meditate with Acem meditation and wish to better grasp the meditation process and improve their meditation technique.
The M1 course will take place over 5 sessions, with 1 session every other Sunday at 4pm (CET) (or upon common decision taken with the group), and will cover the following topics:
1st session (30th June): Acem meditation in your daily life
2nd session (14th July): The meditation sound
3rd session (28th July): Long meditation (90min) following by guidance
4th session (11th August): The free mental attitude
5th session (1st September): Mastering the meditation process
During each session we will start with a 30min meditation followed by discussions and cover topics related to the meditation technique and the psychology behind.
It is not mandatory to be meditating every day to participate to the course, having a first experience with Acem meditation is sufficient.
This course is also suitable to people who are more experienced with Acem meditation but wish to re-visit some aspects of the meditation.
Before the course starts, make sure that you are in a quiet place and comfortably seated.
Ensure that you have good internet connection, a camera and microphone on your computer, and a pair of headsets.
